How does the free website preview work?
Fill out our short free preview questionnaire about your business. We use your answers, plus photos and details from your Google Business Profile and current website, to design a preview of your new site. Then we email you a private link to look it over. No sales call needed.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You don’t need to pay anything or share any payment details to get your preview. If you love it, pick a plan and we’ll launch it. If not, there’s no obligation.
What platforms can you build my website on?
We build websites on Shopify, Cloudflare, Wix and Squarespace. If you already use one of these, we can work with it. If not, we’ll recommend the best fit for your business.
What’s the difference between the two plans?
Website ($499 one-time) gets you a custom website, designed and launched for you. Website + Care ($399 one-time + $79/month) costs less up front and includes ongoing edits and maintenance by our team, so you never have to touch your site yourself.
Is there a contract for the Website + Care plan?
No. There are no contracts, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need a domain name already?
No. If you already have a domain, we’ll connect your new site to it. If you don’t, we’ll help you choose one and get it set up.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. Add your current website address in the questionnaire, and we’ll use it as a starting point for a fresh, modern design.
Can I make changes to my website myself?
Yes, if you’d like to. Depending on the platform, you can update text and photos yourself. Prefer not to? With the Website + Care plan, just tell us what to change and we’ll take care of it.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every site we design works on phones, tablets and computers. Most of your customers will see it on a phone, so we design for small screens first.
